Postal services to the US have been resumed however due to new tax regulations in the USA, taxes & duties will have to be paid before order is send. We will calculate the costs of this through the Zonos app as instructed by the postal services. We will send you a link and the amount to pay. Once payment is received, we will pay the taxes & ship your item(s). For all the extra work this creates for us we charge a small service fee of €3.00

We are very sorry for the inconvenience but try to make it work for all of us.

We would like to inform you that the international premium courier service Quickpost (=DHL express) is offered to most destinations worldwide for express items and is still fully operating.

It is not a service that we offer standardly due to cost but if you are in one of the countries effected by the suspended postal services it offers you an alternative shipping option.

If you can’t or don’t want to wait for postal services to resume you can give us an alternative address in one of the countries where we can post or send us an email with what you would like to order so we can quote you postage with Quick-post.

After which you decide to confirm or decline the order.

After frequently being asked about import charges into the EU we have tried to make it a bit clearer that Cyprus is an EU country and so there are no import duties into the EU.

…And to improve shopping experience, we have now added various payment methods & valuta.
